Literally changed my life

My daughter has just forwarded your circular "A special date for your diary" and I feel sad that I am not actually in England on the 17th October so will not be able to join you to celebrate the wonderful service you provide.

I should just like to take this opportunity of thanking you for all the help you have given to me since I was declared Profoundly Deaf - which I was inclined to christen Socially Unacceptable, until you introduced me to the Phonak digital aid which has literally changed my life.
