Many of our clients prefer the option of Traditional Pricing because of the peace of mind it gives them. And it generally becomes more appreciated as time goes on, as they begin to realise how important it is to have the facility for unlimited appointments as and when they need them.
New users often assume that they won't need any ongoing support. They think that their new hearing aids will never go wrong and that their hearing will never change!

There's often no way to predict how often someone will need appointments; it depends on so many factors personal to you. But our traditional pricing includes all your ongoing support anyway, so you it's all covered.
Ongoing support covers hearing assessments, fine tunes and adjustments, cleaning and maintenance, in-house repairs and manufacturer's warranty repairs. It may also include home visits.
With our traditional pricing you have two options.
Because we have over 700 models available to us – and the list is constantly changing, with new models being introduced all the time – it would be impractical to list all our prices here, along with the various options for 2 Years and 5 Years. Not if we want to be sure you have real choice.
So each price is worked out individually at the time of your hearing assessment based on your specific requirements. That way you only pay for what you need to. The process is completely transparent and we work with you to ensure it's giving you value for money without compromising the things that are important to you.
But to give you some idea, a single basic hearing aid with a standard 2 year support period starts from around £300. A pair of the very latest top-of-the-range hearing instruments with 5 year support period, home visits and 5 year manufacturers warranty will be close to £5,000. And then there's everything in between.
But remember: at the end of the day it's your choice. We want to work with you to get the best hearing solution for your needs. And that includes the cost.
Traditional pricing can be expensive upfront in comparison with some of our new options because it has to take into account your unlimited future aftercare during the support period. However it will suit you particularly if you prefer the peace of mind it affords, and if you prefer to pay for things upfront.
